The review aimed to evaluate the learning process for international students, identify challenges they encounter during their studies, and gather constructive suggestions to improve academic services. During the interactive discussion, students openly shared their experiences and proposed several ideas to make learning easier and more effective for international students. Topics discussed included classroom learning, communication between students and lecturers, academic support services, and ways to strengthen student integration into campus life.

The event also provided an opportunity for international students to express their sincere appreciation to the FEBI leadership, lecturers, and administrative staff for their continuous support and dedication. Many students highlighted how the faculty’s efforts have helped them feel at home while studying in Indonesia. They expressed gratitude for the availability of English-language learning support, the understanding shown by lecturers, and the assistance provided by administrative staff in addressing both academic and personal challenges. Students noted that the welcoming atmosphere, professionalism, and compassion demonstrated by the entire FEBI community have made their academic journey more comfortable and meaningful.

The discussion was conducted through an open and constructive dialogue, allowing students to communicate directly with faculty leaders and share recommendations for future improvements. The feedback and suggestions collected during the session will serve as valuable input for enhancing academic services and strengthening FEBI’s commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for international students.
